Delivery Timeframe - Kids Costume Next Day Delivery
Orders received by 2pm AEST on Monday - Friday will be dispatched on the same day as the order. Orders after this cut-off time will be sent on the following business day of the order. Delivery is generally overnight by Toll Priority but can be 2-3 business days for more remote areas. Please check your post code with us to confirm if your order is urgent.
Due to the volume of orders we receive, an item may go out of stock before we are able to make updates to our website. You will be notified immediately if this happens so you can make changes to your order before it is processed.
Shipping and Postage
We ship all orders express with Toll Priority for a postage fee of $8.50. Occasionally we will send via Australia Post Express Post if your order is to a PO Box or for other reasons.
Kids Costume Shop will not accept responsibility for losses within the Postal System. If your shipment is not received within 2 days of our shipment delivery email, please contact us and we will assist you in locating the shipment. Shipments are not insured unless you specifically request insurance, this comes at an additional cost. Should Australia Post or Toll Priority deem an item to be delivered and you disagree, it is your responsibility to prove that you didn't receive the product. Kids Costume Shop accepts the item as being delivered.
Please ensure you supply the correct delivery address. Should a parcel be rejected and returned to us, it is the customers responsibility to pay further postage costs to have the parcel shipped again.
Parcels not accepted by the customer and returned unopened will be deemed a credit voucher for the amount of the costume(s) within and will expire after 30 days.
All prices on Kids Costume Shop are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST.
You can make payment on our website by MasterCard, Visa or PayPal. On occasion we allow bank transfer if you do not have a credit card or Paypal. Please contact us if you require this payment option.
Your credit card is charged immediately upon purchase. Charges will appear on your credit card statement as 'Jola P/L' and/or 'Costume Shop'
We want our customers to have an easy and trouble free experience ordering costumes online with us. Therefore, if for any reason your costume is not the correct fit, you are able to return it to us for an exchange or a full refund if you notify us within 7 days. Refunds are only issued for the cost of the costume and not the original delivery charges. It is also your responsibility to pay for delivery charges to return the costume to us.
If you are exchanging an item for a different size, we cannot send the exchange costume to you until we receive the original one back. If your party or occasion is coming up, we recommend you make a new purchase for the correct size, so that we can ship it to you immediately and then you can return the other one to us and be refunded for it once we receive it back.
Returns must not be worn (except for trying it on), damaged, soiled or altered in any way and must be packed neatly and with care into the original undamaged packaging.
If you return something that has been used, worn, altered, is missing items, or is without the original packaging or garment tag, you cannot get a refund for that item. The garment will be returned to you at your expense. So please double-check to make sure you've included all of the pieces and packaging before returning anything.
We stock quality brands at Kids Costume Shop. Should on rare occasions your costume be faulty or missing items, please notify us immediately so that we can rectify the problem. We reserve the right to replace the faulty item or repair it if we deem it applicable. We reserve the right to inspect the costume before any decision is made about it's exchange or refund.
Tights may only be returned if they are still in the original, unopened factory-sealed packaging.

Important: Costumes should be sent back to Kids Costume Shop using a traceable shipping method to the correct address. If you return the item without the ability to track the delivery and we don't receive the item, we will not be responsible for refunding or exchanging the order.
